At the conclusion of the first session of the Supreme Interstate Council, a ceremony of signing bilateral documents took place. The President's Press Service reported this. 

The President of the Republic of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev and the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan Kassym-Jomart Tokayev signed a Joint Statement and the decisions on approving the program of strategic partnership and alliance between the Supreme Interstate Council for 2024-2034, and on the establishment of the Council of Ministers of Foreign Affairs.

Within the visit, a package of documents covering a wide range of bilateral cooperation issues was adopted. These include:

- Intergovernmental agreement on the state border regime;

  • Protocols on amendments to intergovernmental agreements regarding checkpoints across the state border and international road transport;

  • Plan of intergovernmental events on cultural-humanitarian cooperation for 2024-2025;

- Agreement on cooperation in the field of agriculture;

- Agreement on cooperation in the field of healthcare;

- Protocol on cooperation between Ministries of Economy;

  • Protocols on cooperation in the regulation of natural monopolies and competition policy;

- Memorandum on the establishment of the Uzbekistan-Kazakhstan Experts Council;

- Agreement on mutual understanding between the Committee of Interethnic Relations and Friendly Ties of the Republic of Uzbekistan and the Otandastar Foundation of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

- The action plan for expanding trade-economic, investment, and cultural-humanitarian cooperation between the administration of the city of Tashkent and the administration of the city of Astana for 2024-2026.
