The cable car located in the "Zomin" tourist-recreational zone in the Zomin district of Jizzakh region was temporarily closed from August 12th. The Press Service of the Tourism Committee reported this.
It is noted that the cable car will not operate until August 18th. During this time, annual maintenance will be carried out.
We remind you that this cable car was opened in August 2023. It is 2102 meters long, has 12 towers with 11 columns, and serves up to 1200 tourists per hour. The project, worth 133.3 billion UZS, was implemented in collaboration with the Swiss company Bartolet.
