A local dispute between citizens and a shop owner in Yangihayat district was interpreted as a "mass brawl," leading to baseless arguments. Official statements were issued against four individuals regarding the incident.

Last night, around 22:35 on August 14, in the Yangi Choshtepa neighborhood of Yangihayat district, R.B. (born in 2001) and A.F., T.A., M.A. (born in 2006) attempted to leave a shop without paying after purchasing alcoholic beverages. The shop owner stopped them, leading to an argument and a subsequent altercation.

According to the IIB report, the individuals engaged in loud arguments in a public place, disturbing public peace. Law enforcement officers arrived at the scene, conducted a preventive conversation with them, and took them to the IIB.

No one sustained bodily injuries. Official statements were issued against R.B., A.F., T.A., and M.A. under Article 183 (petty hooliganism) and Article 194 (failure to comply with lawful demands of law enforcement officers) of the Administrative Code, and the case was sent to court.
