According to the report from the Tashkent Regional Department of Internal Affairs, on August 3, in the Yukori Chirchik district, a citizen was moving in a vehicle on a public road in a life-threatening manner while using pyrotechnic devices, and videos of this incident were shared on social media.
As a result of rapid investigative measures, the driver and the violator were identified.
Regarding this incident, administrative reports were officially issued against the driver under Article 128-10 of the Administrative Responsibility Code, related to endangering the life of a passenger through traffic violations, while the passenger was charged under Articles 183 and 185-1 for deliberately disregarding public conduct rules, disturbing public order, and illegally using pyrotechnic devices. The case documents were sent to the Yukori Chirchik District Court.
By the decision of the district court on criminal cases, a citizen born in 2004 was found guilty under the relevant articles of the Administrative Code and sentenced to 7 days of administrative detention. Additionally, the driver of the vehicle was deprived of the right to operate vehicles for 1 year and fined 25 times the base calculation amount (BCA).
