In the Fergana region of Uzbekistan, news had spread about a 36-year-old man beating and dragging a 21-year-old young man on the ground in the center of a district, with pre-investigation checks being carried out. The 36-year-old O.X. has now been detained. The regional Department of Internal Affairs reported this.
“My father was herding sheep in the field next to us. He insulted my father's character by saying, ‘You are a cripple!’ After that, I went to look for the boy and told him to apologize. But he didn’t want to come and resisted, so I hit him in anger,” – says the accused.
The initial information from the district central hospital stated that the victim, A.B., was diagnosed with soft tissue bruises on the head, face, nose, and inner lip surface.
A criminal case has been initiated under Article 277 (Hooliganism) part 1 of the Criminal Code, and O.X. has been detained. Currently, investigative actions are being carried out.
