A video depicting a woman being publicly humiliated in the Chirokchi district of Kashkadarya region spread on social media, sparking widespread discussions. The regional Department of Internal Affairs issued an official statement regarding the incident.
According to reports, on July 24 at 10:30 PM, a woman living in the Chirokchi district called the emergency number 102 and reported that she had gone to the home of the mother of the man with whom she was in an unofficial marital relationship, leading to a confrontation.
N.P.'s legally married wife, along with relatives, repeatedly beat and assaulted the woman in an unofficial relationship with her husband, leaving her naked.
Pre-investigation measures were conducted by preventive inspectors, and a forensic medical examination was ordered.
Regarding the incident, the investigative division under the Chirokchi District Department of Internal Affairs has initiated a criminal case, and investigative actions are underway.
