The Enforcement Bureau of the Andijan city department has received an execution document according to which L.P. has a credit debt of 223.8 million soms as per the auto loan agreement with “Hamkorbank”. In addition, he has been fined four times for violating traffic rules. However, he has not paid any debts.

Initially, based on the application of the creditor bank to secure the claim, the Andijan interdistrict civil court issued a decision to secure the claim by seizing the “Malibu” car belonging to the debtor. However, when the car was not found immediately, a search was also announced for it.

During the enforcement actions, the “Malibu” car belonging to the debtor L.P. was found and taken to the penalty area.

Was it a desire to drive the “Malibu” without paying off the loans from the bank and the fines?
