A video depicting a student beating another student in one of the schools of Asaka district in Andijan region has prompted a statement from the District Preschool and School Education Department here.
According to the information, the act of violence might have occurred in the 34th specialized state general education institution in Asaka district. The bully, while hitting the boy, questioned him several times about why he had been looking for him and why he hadn’t responded, insulted and beat him up. Additionally, the boy demanded that 300,000 UZS be returned as 1,000,000 UZS, giving a deadline of 10 days for this.
It is emphasized that the situation is under control. The Department has announced that the case is being investigated and detailed information will be provided upon conclusion of the investigation.
The Department also expressed severe condemnation of any form of violence among youths.
