According to the President's decision, a State Targeted Fund for Poverty Reduction will be established on the basis of the Public Works Fund, the Crafts and Small Industries Support Fund, and the Fund for Involving the Population in Entrepreneurship.

For the year 2025, it is envisaged to increase the number of subsidies allocated within the program for the development of the housing and mortgage market by 1.2 times.

In 2024–2025, as an experiment to lift severely disadvantaged families out of poverty, 14,000 leaders and their deputies of local organizations will be assigned 5 of the most disadvantaged poor families every 6 months

From April 1, 2025:

In Samarkand and Tashkent cities, on an outsourcing basis, daytime care services will be provided for people in need of care from families registered in the Poverty Families Registry, including those who have lost their breadwinner, families without able-bodied members, and families with two or more disabled members;

  • To prevent social orphanhood and provide care and upbringing in an environment close to family for orphaned children and children deprived of parental care, small-scale family-type children's homes will be established in neighborhoods based on an individual approach;
  • Individuals registered as sole proprietors will be allowed to provide daytime care services for children with special educational needs, and legal entities will be permitted to provide daytime care services for disabled children, including those with special educational needs, under terms of public-private partnership.
