Relevant measures have been taken against travel agencies that have been illegally organizing "Umrah" events in several regions. The Committee for Religious Affairs reported this.

It was revealed that "Xurmo travel umra" LLC (Saxiy travel), located in Margilan city, Fergana region, organized the "Umrah" event without a license.

In addition, it was found that individuals under the names "Anor tour" in Denov city, Surkhandarya region, and "Sokin travel" in Chilanzar district, Tashkent city, have been organizing the "Umrah" event without state registration.

Regarding the above situations, the Committee initiated a case against "Xurmo travel umra" LLC (Saxiy travel) for the violation of pertinent articles of the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan on “Licensing, Permission, and Notification Procedures”, resulting in a decision to impose a fine of 200 times the basic calculation value (75 million UZS).

Furthermore, materials collected on the actions of individuals operating under the names "Anor tour" and "Sokin travel" have been submitted to law enforcement agencies for applicable measures.

For your information, providing services related to organizing and conducting "Umrah" events by entrepreneurial subjects without a license is prohibited.
