Thousands of buildings were burnt down in the south of California state due to forest fires, leaving 120,000 homes and businesses without electricity. 

Strong winds are preventing aviation from participating in extinguishing the fire. It is also reported that Kamala Harris's residence has been included in the evacuation zone. 

At least two people died in Los Angeles, and dozens were injured.

President Biden endorsed the Declaration of Emergency to support measures against severe fires in Los Angeles

The declaration talks about federal aid funds. These funds will help the state and local governments to cover necessary expenses in emergencies. Additionally, the document includes individual assistance programs for affected citizens, which encompass temporary housing and financial assistance for destroyed properties.
