The Criminal Investigation Department of the Samarqand Regional Department of Internal Affairs put an end to the illegal actions of a senior operational officer of the Criminal Investigation Department.
That is, the operational officer, through his official acquaintances, terminated a part belonging to a person born in 1994 who was going through the criminal case initiated under part 3 of article 273 of the Criminal Code as an accused, and applied the "house arrest" precautionary measure to a citizen born in 2003, thus leaving him at liberty, in exchange for 10,000 US dollars, at which time he was detained and the situation was officially documented in accordance with procedural order.
Currently, criminal proceedings have been initiated against him under part 3 of article 25, sub-paragraph "a", and part 2 of article 28, sub-paragraph "b" of the Criminal Code, and investigative actions are being carried out.
