By the decree of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan, Erkinjon Okbutaevich Turdimov was appointed as the acting governor of the Syrdarya region. The President's press service reported this.
It should be reminded, a while ago Erkinjon Turdimov was released from the position of the governor of the Samarkand region. Various sources had mentioned that this was due to health problems of the governor.
