In the Andijan region, a father killed his daughter by beating her for taking food without asking from the buffet. This was reported in the "Millar" program.
It is reported that this incident occurred in October 2024, in the Marhamat district of the region. The girl was a 6th-grade student. She had taken food without asking from the school buffet on several occasions. After repeated incidents, a school teacher complained to her father. Angered by this, the father beat his daughter with a black rubber belt. As a result, the girl died from the injuries received.
The case was reviewed by the criminal court in Andijan district. According to the court's decision, the guilty father was sentenced under Article 104 Section 3 "d" of the Criminal Code (Intentional grievous bodily harm) to 9 years of imprisonment.
