During the control measure conducted by the Bukhara regional department of "Uzenergoinspeksiya," samples of AI-95 gasoline sold at a gas station belonging to "M.N.P.S." LLC were taken and analyzed in the laboratory, revealing that they did not comply with state standard requirements (poor quality) was detected.
As a result of this violation, based on Article 43 of Law No. 940 of the Republic of Uzbekistan, an economic penalty amounting to 50% of the value of the sold goods was applied, totaling 63 million soums.
Instructions were given to prevent the sale of the remaining stock of substandard petroleum products and to restore their quality.
