In 2024, the Competition Committee received 1328 applications related to the field of electronic commerce, of which 81.9% (1085) were positively resolved, 14.3% (190) were provided with explanations, 1.3% (17) were referred to the competent authorities, and 33 applications are being reviewed. The Committee's press service reports this.
As a result, the rights of 423 consumers were restored, 88.9 million sums were recalculated in favor of consumers, products worth 31.6 million sums were exchanged.
