It turns out that this incident occurred on January 27th of this year in the Tashkent region, Tashkent district.

Citizen Kh.M. (a woman born in 1999) had a domestic dispute with her mother-in-law M.Kh. (born in 1966), during which the woman threw a thermos filled with hot water at her daughter-in-law. As a result, the baby (23 days old) that the mother was holding suffered burns to its arms and legs. The necessary medical treatments were provided to the child.
