Last year, 2024, across Uzbekistan, the “103” service received a total of 13,536,396 calls.
According to the director of the Republic's emergency medical center, Abduvoitjon Gafurov, the majority of these calls, specifically 9,695,302, were emergency indications, as well as chronic diseases – 3,399,379, and childbirths – 91,447.
The highest number of calls were from:
- Fergana region — 1,405,259;
- Tashkent city — 1,395,854;
- Andijan region — 1,359,389;
- Tashkent region — 1,260,608;
- Surkhandarya region — 1,223,981 recorded.
The lowest number of calls were observed in the Navoi region (401,762), Syrdarya region (454,455), Jizzakh region (548,238), and Bukhara region (649,134), as well as the Khorezm region (662,239).
It is noted that currently, the “Ambulance” service operates a total of 2,857 medical teams.
