The transitional government president of Syria, Ahmad al-Shar'a, visited Turkey. 

Ahmad al-Sharaa met with Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan during the visit.

During the meeting negotiations, Ahmad al-Shar'a demanded the return of the occupied territories of Syria from Israel. 

"The international community must pressure Israel. It is necessary to return to the 1974 borders and restore Syria's sovereignty," — emphasized al-Shar'a.
