According to Russia's “Izvestia” publication, the Russian military has thwarted an attempt by the Ukrainian armed forces to attack the northern part of the Astrakhan region.
According to various sources, the Ukrainian armed forces attempted to attack the northern part of the Astrakhan region. "No casualties reported," announced the administration of the Akhtubinsky district on its Telegram channel.
On the night transitioning to February 6th of this year, an air raid threat was announced in the Akhtubinsky district, as well as in Znamensk's closed administrative-territorial structure.
According to the Ministry of Defense, air defense forces shot down a Ukrainian unmanned aerial vehicle in the sky over the Astrakhan region.
