By the decision of the Cabinet of Ministers, amendments and supplements aimed at improving the ecological situation in production were introduced to some government decisions. "Norma" reports about this.
The new regulation envisages the following:
➖ abolition of the requirement to submit project documents for state environmental assessment for the installation of solar photovoltaic stations on the roofs and facades of buildings;
➖ implementation of measures for creating and cultivating "green belts" in industrial enterprises that have an impact on the environment and the adjacent areas;
➖ changing the deadlines for the phased introduction of the “Ecological transport” system. This will begin on March 1, 2025 (previously it was supposed to start from June 1, 2024). From the same day, the verification of vehicles' compliance with regulatory documents and the issuance of ecological stickers will begin.
