It was discovered that the Nazar Medical hospital in Tashkent city has been providing dental services to children without the appropriate license. The Competition Committee reported this.

As noted, a citizen named Sh. G. approached the committee, stating that he had taken his children and wife to Nazar Medical clinic for dental treatment, and after a few days of treatment, the fillings fell out due to poor service. He requested a refund and action against the clinic.

Based on the complaint, the Competition Committee conducted an inspection involving Nazar Medical clinic. It was recorded that the enterprise had provided medical services to the consumer and that these services were performed in accordance with current requirements.

At the same time, investigations were carried out involving the specialized authorized body for consumer rights protection — the Ministry of Health. It was found that Nazar Medical clinic was not licensed for pediatric therapeutic dentistry.

According to the expert's conclusion, the clinic did not perform the dental service provided to the patient in accordance with relevant clinical protocols. Also, relevant medical documents were not provided for the citizen's child.

As a result of the inspection, the collected documents were sent to the authorized body for review according to established procedure. A decision was issued against "Nazar Medical" LLC to eliminate the deficiencies for violating license requirements and to provide information about the work carried out.
