A video showing a stranger woman attempting to grab a school student's hand was leaked to social media. The Press Service of the Tashkent City Department of Internal Affairs commented on this incident.
On February 10th of this year, around 14:00, in front of a bus stop on Bilol Nozim Street in the Bektemir district, R.Ch., born in 1990, who regularly receives treatment at a psychiatric hospital, approached an unknown school student and initiated a conversation with him. The suspicious woman, upon seeing the local citizens, left the scene. As a result of prompt measures taken, the woman was detained.
An investigation is currently being conducted on this matter by the Bektemir district Department of Internal Affairs prior to a trial. A legal decision will be made following the conclusion of the investigation.
