In recent years, great strides have been made in this direction. As a result, numerous analyses are now being carried out in these laboratories, which until recently were satisfied with only a few analyses, according to the Ministry of Health press service.
It is noted that currently, the following analyses are being performed in the laboratories:
ALT (alanine transaminase enzyme);
AST (aspartate aminotransferase enzyme);
bilirubin (total);
bilirubin (free);
bilirubin (conjugated);
blood sugar level;
cholesterol;
total protein;
creatinine;
urea;
rheumatoid factor (RF);
CRP (C-reactive protein);
ASO (antistreptolysin-O);
calcium;
hepatitis (B, C).
Moreover, general blood and urine, coprology (feces analysis), genital swab, and malaria analyses are being conducted.
In general, it is possible to perform about 20 types of analyses here at a high-quality level.
This has created great conveniences for the local population. Previously, people had to travel to medical institutions in other areas for certain analyses, but now there is no need for that. The most essential tests are now being efficiently conducted on the spot.
