Last year, the Ministry of Employment announced nearly 10,000 vacancies for the construction of New Tashkent with salaries ranging from 8-15 million UZS. Following this announcement, reports circulated that citizens were unaware of who to contact, and the provided short numbers were not working.

Currently, the ministry has stated the following regarding the situation where citizens are unable to connect to the call center for information about vacancies for the New Tashkent city project:

"Indeed, the offer has sparked the interest of many of our compatriots who wish to work in construction. Throughout the day, there are close to 1000 calls. Due to the increase in calls, when the limit (up to 50 calls at the same time) is exceeded, disconnection occurs.

The issue will be resolved by March 4th at 12:00. Moreover, as an alternative offer for our compatriots who did not want to call and wait in line (could not connect), a telegram bot has been launched. Now, our compatriots who want to work in the construction of New Tashkent city can leave their information via @yangi_toshkent_qurilishi_bot, and the call center operators will contact the number provided throughout the day," - says the official statement.
