In social networks, there spread the news about an incident where a sick person was taken by the Tashkent city ambulance brigade to several medical institutions for 4 hours and eventually was left in the hallway of a multi-story building.
The Republican Emergency Medical Center reports the following regarding this situation.
It is noted that citizen M.B. (born in 1953, without a home and a precise address) has repeatedly called the emergency medical service since February 23, 2025, and each time he received medical services.
In addition, M.B. was taken several times to the 4th and 1st city clinical hospitals. In particular, on March 6 of the current year alone, he was dispatched 4 times and used the medical service each time.
On March 6, initially at 10:53 AM, a call was made by a citizen residing at Bozsuv 1/21. The ambulance brigade arrived promptly, conducted a primary medical examination of the patient, and then took him to the 1st city clinical hospital. After the emergency department denied urgent care due to the lack of a precise residence address, the "102" service was notified, and he was taken to the reported address.
The next call was made at 1:34 PM to the address Bozsuv 1/21 by a police officer. The course of events was almost identical, except that this time the patient indicated his residence as Bukhara Silk Road street, house 421, hence, after consulting with the "call center" chief doctor and employees of "112" and "102", he was taken to the stated address.
At 7:48 PM, another call came from Bukhara Silk Road street, house 421, by a citizen. The ambulance brigade arrived on time. Conducted a primary medical examination. The emergency was denied, and he was left at the address itself.
The fourth call was made in the evening at 8:31 PM to Bukhara Silk Road street, house 421, by a police officer. The ambulance brigade promptly arrived on time and conducted a primary medical examination on site.
At the suggestion of the police officer, he was taken again to the 1st city clinical hospital. In the admission department, he was left based on the diagnosis made by a specialist of "abscessed sore of the right mammary gland".
Citizen M.B. is currently undergoing scheduled treatments at the Tashkent city branch of the Republic Specialized Center for Oncology and Radiology
