A video of a man bathing in the middle of the road has spread on social networks.

According to the Press Service of the Samarkand Traffic Safety Authority, this incident occurred in the Urgut district of the Samarkand region.

The man posted a video on his social media page about the roads in Samarkand. He highlighted that in the rain, not only can cars swim in the "holes" on the roads, but people can too.

His unusual criticism led to administrative arrest punishment under Article 183 of the Code of Administrative Offences (minor hooliganism).

"Indeed, his actions raise questions about whether they actually disrupt public order or pose a threat to peace, as the article's disposition includes indecent words, insults, or lechery.

The court could have also applied a fine. Therefore, the arrest of the blogger is causing discussions," says Rasul Kusherbaev while commenting on the situation.
