Yesterday, on July 8th, a fire broke out in the basement of a multi-storey building in the Bukhara region. The press service of the Ministry of Emergency Situations reported this.
It was noted that the incident occurred at 16:47 in the city of Bukhara, “A.Gijduvani” MCA, B.Naqshband street.
Accordingly, 4 fire-rescue crews arrived at the scene at 16:51, and the fire was completely extinguished at 17:03.
It was revealed that approximately 20 sq.m of waste material burned in the basement.
As a result of the fire, the entrance door and corridors of the multi-storey building were covered with smoke, prompting the immediate evacuation and first aid provision to 9 citizens from the apartments on the 1st-2nd-3rd floors by the rescuers.
There were no injuries as a result of the fire. The cause of the fire and the material damage are being determined.
