According to the President's Decree, by January 1, 2027, a system that envisages the following will be implemented:
- The heads of the internal control departments against corruption at the Ministry of Health, Ministry of Construction and Communal Housing, Ministry of Water Resources, “Uzbekneftegaz” JSC, and “Uzsuvta'minot” JSC will be appointed from the staff of the Anti-Corruption Agency (Agency);
- the heads of the internal control departments against corruption at the organizations where the experiment is conducted will be directly subordinate to the Agency;
- the organization, coordination, and monitoring of the activities of the internal control departments against corruption at the organizations where the experiment is conducted will be jointly carried out by the Agency and the organizations undergoing the experiment.
The Agency has been designated as the specialized authority responsible for coordinating and methodically supporting the activities of the internal control departments against corruption in state bodies and organizations, conducting internships and certification of their employees, and enhancing their qualifications.
By July 1, 2025, an electronic module that enables the maintenance of an electronic register of the leaders and staff of internal control departments, electronic submission of reports, and conducting and publishing anonymous surveys will be launched on “E-anticor.uz”.
