During his visit to the city of Bukhara, President Shavkat Mirziyoyev familiarized himself with the construction work being carried out at the new administrative center of the region. This complex is considered a continuation of the experience of integrating government bodies tested in the Kokdala district of the Kashkadarya region.
It was reported that the administrative center in Bukhara occupies an area of 14 hectares, with the first stage bringing together the regional and city administrations, the prosecutor's office, and internal affairs bodies in one area. This serves to improve the quality of public services, accelerate work with appeals, and enhance coordination between agencies.
Boulevards, fountains, and green areas are being established on the territory of the complex. Furthermore, plans for the socio-economic development of the area were presented to the head of state. Banks, having conducted analysis based on artificial intelligence, noted that agribusiness, tourism, industry, and roadside services are the most promising directions in the Bukhara district.
It was stated that there is an opportunity to implement projects worth 7.4 trillion soums and create 15 thousand new jobs in these sectors between 2026 and 2031. The President emphasized the importance of using artificial intelligence to support initiatives aimed at unlocking the potential of each area and increasing employment.
