Some applications rejected during the admission process to the master's programs of state higher education institutions for the 2026/2027 academic year can be re-edited and identified deficiencies can be eliminated. The Ministry of Higher Education, Science and Innovations reported this.
According to the report, applications of applicants who registered online through the my.edu.uz electronic system for admission to the master's program for the current academic year were reviewed.
During the review process, some applications were rejected for a number of reasons. In particular:
— the chosen specialty does not correspond to or is not related to the applicant's field of education;
— absence of a certificate of foreign language proficiency or its non-compliance with the established requirement;
— the SAT certificate was not confirmed or does not have the established level;
— a different document was uploaded instead of the requested document, or the documents were not uploaded in full;
— completion of a foreign-language educational program was not confirmed;
— the quality of the documents does not meet the established requirements.
Applicants whose applications were rejected due to such deficiencies have been given the opportunity to re-edit their applications and eliminate the identified deficiencies through the electronic system until August 26 at 14:00.
After the specified deadline, there will be no opportunity to edit applications. Applications whose deficiencies are not eliminated by August 26 at 14:00 will not be re-reviewed.
The Ministry separately emphasized that it is not recommended to re-edit applications that were rejected due to the lack of the required national or international certificate of foreign language proficiency, or because the existing certificate does not meet the established requirements.
