On September 11, three road traffic accidents occurred in Tashkent, and three people sustained bodily injuries. The press service of the Public Transport Department under the capital's administration reported this.
According to reports, 1,469,748 vehicles traveled on the capital's streets during the day.
On that day, 1,667 buses made 20,865 trips on 170 routes and transported 1,415,315 passengers. The Tashkent metro, meanwhile, served 1,011,258 passengers.
Regarding violations of traffic rules, 9 instances of driving on pedestrian walkways, 15 improper stops, 32 violations of stopping rules, and 11 instances of driving in lane "A" were recorded.
Also, 18 cases related to pedestrians crossing the road at an undesignated place were identified.
In the recorded road traffic accidents, there were no cases resulting in serious bodily injury or death.
