Regarding this incident, a critical discussion was held by the management of "Tashkent City Transport Service" JSC, and the Transport Control Inspection.
Upon investigation, it was revealed that the misconduct was committed by the driver of bus No. 58, F.S. This driver abused his official position by committing a gross violation, maneuvering dangerously and causing an accident while driving in opposite directions on urban streets. As a result, the employment contract with this driver was terminated.
For information, an electronic database of drivers whose employment contracts have been terminated due to gross violations, namely, the "Blacklist", has been implemented. According to it, these drivers are strictly prohibited from being re-employed at bus depot branches. To date, the number of drivers included in this list has reached 197.
"In addition, because the driver F.S. not only endangered his own life but also the lives of other road users during the violation, a special proposal was submitted to the Criminal Court to revoke his driving license," the report says.
