On July 23 of the current year, around 14:00, a traffic accident occurred on an interior road passing through the "Sahovat" MCA area in Samarkand region. The regional DIA Traffic Police reported about this.
As a result, a cyclist was hospitalized with bodily injuries to the city central hospital. Despite the treatments carried out, he died in the hospital.
“Suddenly, a boy riding a bicycle appeared in front of me. I did not see him. I ask drivers and cyclists to be cautious. I regret what I have done. This will not happen again,” says the driver.
Currently, the investigative unit of the Samarkand City Internal Affairs Department is conducting pre-investigation checks.
