The press service of the Tashkent city administration asked the citizens who witnessed the cutting of trees in the capital to report it to the responsible persons via telephone here.
It is requested that residents who witness the illegal cutting of trees and shrubs report it through the following contact information:

We remind you that, in accordance with the Cabinet of Ministers' decision №43 from January 17, 2019, the procedure for planting, maintaining, and cutting trees in lands not belonging to the forest fund has been approved.
Accordingly, the cutting of parts of branches or the lower part of trees and shrubs is carried out by:
• in areas between neighborhoods and multi-storey buildings – by self-government bodies of citizens, private house owners associations;
• in territories of organizations – by landowners;
• along the sides of public roads – by organizations of the State Committee of Roads;
• along rivers, streams, and canals – by water management authorities;
• on the central streets of the city – implemented by local state authority bodies.
