A citizen playing a tambourine with his body out of a car and the driver in Bukhara were subjected to legal action. The press service of the Bukhara Traffic Safety Authority reported on the incident.
It is noted that the citizen, with the body part out of the window, played a tambourine in a Lacetti car with the license plate number 80Q717NA. This incident, captured on video, has sparked widespread discussions on social media.
"The Lacetti car is registered in my name. It was a wedding on August 2nd. I myself facilitated the drummer to stick his body out of the car at the wedding. I regret what I have done. It won’t happen again," said the car driver.
According to information, officers of the Bukhara region's Department of Internal Affairs Traffic Safety Authority investigated the case and drew up administrative protocols against the car driver and the passenger in accordance with established procedures.
