The President of the Republic of Uzbekistan has adopted a decree on additional measures to improve the labor relations and vocational training system, as well as to encourage employers.

According to it, starting from September 1, 2025, business entities with up to 50 employees in the service sector, agriculture, and construction will be allowed to formalize and terminate electronic labor contracts through biometric identification (Face ID) in the Unified National Labor System (UNLS).

Additionally, the requirement to notify the authorized body in advance about inspections conducted by state labor inspectors is abolished.

The procedure of notifying entrepreneurs at least 10 working days in advance about the start of inspections based on the results of the "Risk Analysis" system will not apply to inspections conducted by state labor inspectors.
