“From Poverty to Prosperity” program implementation's first priority measures Presidential Decree (PQ-330, 23.09.2024) has been adopted. The Ministry of Justice reports this.
According to the decree, the following were approved:
The plan of first priority measures for the implementation of the “From Poverty to Prosperity” program;
Target indicators by directions and regions for lifting the population out of poverty in 2024–2025 years.
Additionally, the most difficult 1000 neighborhoods will be selected, a list will be formed, and a program to improve their infrastructure will be approved by November 1.
By December 1, 2024, entrepreneurial activities and creating comfortable living and recreational conditions for all layers of the population will be facilitated through the rapid complex development of districts and cities in 2024–2025 years, including the implementation of at least one “green neighborhood” project in each.
The development of family entrepreneurship, “First Step in Business” programs, and issuing loans through microfinance organizations will ensure the allocation of 4 trillion som by the end of this year and 15 trillion som in 2025.
