Earlier, we reported about the death of a 2.5-year-old girl in a private kindergarten in the Ushoqtepa neighborhood of Koson district, Kashkadarya region here.
The incident occurred on June 20, 2025, at a private kindergarten owned by Lola Haknazarova, who had taken 2.5-year-old Zarina Izzatillaeva from her home to the kindergarten in the morning, and soon after, her relatives were informed that the girl had fallen sick.
According to the Prosecutor General's office announcement, a criminal case has been initiated under Article 116 of the Criminal Code (Failure to fulfill professional duties adequately) regarding the death of a pre-school child in Koson district of Kashkadarya region.
All necessary investigative actions will be carried out, after which a legal decision will be made, states the prosecution's report.
