Corruption in state procurement worth 3.1 billion sums has been identified.

The Anti-Corruption Agency has stopped all state purchases.

Violations of the law cases have been identified by the Anti-Corruption Agency in 11 state purchases made by state contractors in August-September this year, amounting to a total of 3.1 billion UZS.

Specifically, conflicts of interest occurred in the following state purchases:

- Narpay district Medical Association's purchase of 673 million UZS;

- Shumanay district Road Usage State Institution's purchase of 343 million UZS;

- Kattaqo'rg'on district pre-school and school education department's purchase of 215 million UZS;

- Oltinsoy district governor's office purchase of 193 million UZS;

- Qumqo'rg'on district No. 2 Vocational School's purchase of 115 million UZS;

- The state purchases of the Academic Lyceum under Bukhara State Pedagogical Institute amounting to 56 million UZS. 

Moreover, a state purchase worth 1.5 billion UZS conducted under the commissioning of the “Qamchiqavtoyul specialized road usage enterprise” state institution allowed the participation of affiliated persons.

Based on the presentations by the Agency, reports by the purchasing committee on determining the winner have been canceled, and the unlawful conduct of these state purchases has been prevented.

Documents gathered during the examination and analysis process have been sent to law enforcement agencies for legal action.
