The President of Ukraine, Volodymyr Zelenskyy, presented his “victory plan” in the Supreme Council. His victory plan consists of five points, reports zamon.uz.
The first point concerns geopolitical issues, the second and third are related to military matters. The fourth point is about the economic sector, and the fifth is related to security.
They are as follows:
1. Admit Ukraine to NATO before the end of the war.
2. Continue operations in Russian territory and lift restrictions on striking within its territory. It includes a classified annex.
3. “Deterring Russian aggression”, which also has a classified annex for allies.
4. Developing Ukraine’s strategic and economic potential, and intensifying sanctions against Russia.
5. After the war ends, the Ukrainian military may share their experience to strengthen NATO and European defense. The U.S. contingent in Europe could be replaced by the Ukrainian army.
