As you know, in Uzbekistan, the trial continues regarding the case of children poisoned by "Dok-1 Max".

Previously, the former head of the Pharmagency, Sardor Kariev, was found guilty in the "Dok-1 Max" case and was sentenced to 18 years of imprisonment. Subsequently, the house where Sardor Kariev's children lived was also confiscated. Dissatisfied with this, Kariev's wife filed a complaint.

The case was reviewed on October 21 of this year by the Tashkent interdistrict administrative court. This was reported in the "Zamon" program.

It is noted that the EIP (Enforcement of Judgements Bureau) continues efforts to collect nearly 76 billion UZS of compensation money determined by court for those harmed by "Dok-1 Max". An EIP employee requested the dismissal of the complaint during the court process.

"Kariev owns two houses. Besides, his financial situation is also good. There's no basis to return the request saying it's impossible to collect", - said an EIP employee.

One of the lawyers of the Kariev family objected to this statement of the EIP employee.

"Just because there are two or three houses doesn't mean you have to take them all, right?". Kariev himself is imprisoned for 18 years. Now should his three minor children and family be left in the street? If he is working in prison, they should target his received salary," - said the lawyer.

The court announced a break until November 5 of this year.
