The Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan on Amendments and Additions to the Code of Administrative Responsibility of the Republic of Uzbekistan was adopted.
Now, if the information about the violation of traffic rules is not sent within two days, namely within forty-eight hours from the moment it was recorded by special automated photo and video recording techniques to the person authorized to decide on imposing a fine, the administrative offense will be terminated according to the Code of Administrative Offenses.
Furthermore, a procedure for terminating administrative cases concerning violations committed using vehicles by emergency medical services and fire-rescue units is being established to eliminate excessive paperwork.
