In Tashkent, an educator who dressed a boy in girls' clothing was dismissed. This was reported by the Children's Ombudsman.
It is noted that the Children's Ombudsman received a complaint from a citizen living in the Yunusabad district of Tashkent city.
The citizen stated in his complaint that an educator in the Mirabad district kindergarten had dressed his son in girls' clothing, painted his lips and face, and made him perform a women's dance.
The boy's father declared that the educator, by doing this, had demeaned his son's dignity and honor and that he had become aware of the incident through photos and video clips received via Telegram, seeking help to restore his son's violated rights.
Upon request from the Children's Ombudsman, the matter was investigated by the Ministry of Preschool and School Education.
According to the results of the investigation, it was determined that the educator, identified as X.Q., who had organized the event, had not obtained permission from the father for the stage characteristics, leading to the termination of the employment contract under Article 157 of the Labor Code.
