It has been identified that officials have caused substantial material damage to the interests of society and the state. This was reported by the Press Service of the Anti-Corruption Agency.

In an investigation conducted by the Agency, it was found that officials of the Compulsory Execution Department's Shaykhontohur district branch, through their indifferent attitude towards their duties, negligence in service responsibilities, and unjustified termination of legal documents in their proceedings, caused substantial material damage to the interests of citizens, society, and the state.

Specifically, violations were found in 200 execution cases amounting to 202.9 billion UZS.

For example, the execution cases regarding the collection of 19 billion UZS for the state benefit from "S.B" LLC, and 179.2 million UZS of tax liabilities from "P.P" LLC were unjustifiably terminated contrary to legal requirements, resulting in these tax liabilities not being collected to this day.

Similarly, execution cases for the collection of tax liabilities for the state benefit amounting to 26.3 billion UZS from "CCG" LLC, 19.4 billion UZS from "R.F.P." LLC, and 1.7 billion UZS from "Y.M.S.E.T" LLC were unjustifiably concluded despite the clear addresses of these corporations.

Similarly, from "P.E.E.S" LLC to the benefit of claimant "B.P.T" LLC, a total of 1.9 billion UZS of liabilities, from "M.S." LLC to the benefit of "S." JSC, 1.1 billion UZS of liabilities, the criminal damage of 332 million UZS owed by the debtor B.P. to the benefit of claimant N.G., and the execution cases for the collection of 6.3 billion UZS and 331 million UZS of tax liabilities from debtor "M.T" LLC to the state benefit were unjustifiably concluded despite the existence of properties registered in the debtor's name.

During the investigation of these cases, based on the collected documents, the Tashkent city prosecutor's office initiated criminal proceedings under the relevant articles of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

Currently, investigative actions are being carried out.
