The United States' elected President Donald Trump met with the incumbent President Joe Biden at the White House.
During the meeting, they discussed the war in Ukraine and the situation in the Middle East.
"I wanted to know Biden's opinion, and he shared it with me. Additionally, we talked a lot about the Middle East. I wanted to know his stance and thoughts on our situation. He shared that with me," — Trump explained.
According to Trump, he and Biden were happy to see each other and planned to meet again before the inauguration.
"The Oval Office is really beautiful, and I'm eagerly looking forward to going back there," — Trump added.
Furthermore, while commenting on the process of selecting personnel for the new administration, Trump mentioned that "everything is going smoothly."
