In Surkhandarya, an 18-year-old young man stabbed his uncle to death.

The teenage boy was sentenced to 7 years and 6 months in prison.

In Surkhandarya region, an 18-year-old young man stabbed and killed his uncle. This was reported by the Supreme Court press secretary Aziz Obidov here.

It was found that the defendant lived with his sister, younger sister, aunt, and uncle. One day, the uncle came home drunk. According to court documents, initially, the man strangled the young man with his hand, and then the young man inflicted injuries on his uncle with a sharp object. As a result, the man died at the scene.

During the trial, the young man stated that his uncle had constantly been pressuring him and his family  and partially admitted his guilt.

The criminal case regarding this crime was considered in the Termez city court for criminal cases, and the defendant was found guilty of committing a crime under Article 97-section 1 (Premeditated murder) of the Criminal Code, and sentenced to 7 years and 6 months of imprisonment.
