Moist and cold air masses are expected to enter the territory of Uzbekistan on the 15-17th of December this year. This was reported by Uzhydromet.
On December 15 and into the night of December 16, precipitation (rain, snow) will be observed across the republic, and it will be strong in some places. The wind speed will increase to 13-18 m/s, and in some places, it may occasionally increase to 20-25 m/s.
From December 15, the temperature will drop, with nights of December 16-17 expecting cold temperatures down to -8 to -13 degrees Celsius, in some places down to -15 degrees Celsius, and daytime temperatures expected to be between 0 to -5 degrees Celsius.
Slippery roads will be observed.
