Young scientists and researchers from Uzbekistan will undergo scientific internships in the UAE.

Additionally, cooperation will be conducted on the restoration of the ecosystem of the dried-up Aral Sea bottom.

United Arab Emirates' Dubai city Innovation Development Agency  delegation ICBA with Memorandum of Understandingsigned. The Agency's press service reported, 

 According to it , the parties will exchange scientific and-technical information, materials, publications, and other relevant information. Exchange of experience will be established. Scientific internships will be organized for young researchers and scientists from Uzbekistan, aimed at further increasing the scientific potential and creating opportunities for professional development.Moreover, the restoration of the Aral Sea's dried-up bottom ecosystem will be conducted through mutual cooperation.

The meeting between Tarifa Alzaabi, Director of the Research Center, and the agency's delegation was held to discuss these issues in detail.

During the service visit of the delegation of the Agency for Innovation Development, representatives also observed research conducted by scientists in ICBA's experimental fields, the Emirates Soil Museum, as well as collections of plant germplasm resistant to drought, heat, and salinity, which are among the world's largest collections. This includes the unique gene bank activity.
