Last year, the most expensive car number plate sold in Uzbekistan was nearly worth 1 billion soums.

According to statistical data, during the reporting period, over 195,000 vehicle license plates were sold through online auctions.

This was announced at a press conference held at the “Uzbekistan Republic Commodity and Raw Materials Exchange” joint stock company here.

According to the information, in 2024 more than 195,000 vehicle numbers were sold through online auctions. 

97 percent of these were purchased by individuals, and 3 percent by legal entities. The most expensive number sold was 965.3 million UZS (01 888 BBB), while the cheapest was 1.7 million UZS.
